Tenants can pay rent using the following payment methods...

1. Zelle: payment to SrebroRealEstate@gmail.com

Note: By using Zelle, tenants agree to paying any fees that Zelle charges. Fees from Zelle are subject to change without notice. As of January 3rd, 2023 Zelle is charging the sender a 1% fee or a max fee of $15.00.

2. Cashapp: payment to $SrebroRealEstate

Note: By using Cashapp, tenants agree to paying any fees that Cashapp charges. Fees from Cashapp are subject to change without notice. As of October 9, 2023 Cashapp is charging a 2.75% fee transaction fee. Note this fee wil be deducted from rental payment paid by the tenant. Should Cashapp increase the fee, the tenant agree by using cashapp that tenant agree to have the fee deducted from their rent payment and the net to be applied to their rental payment.

3. Barcode Scanner: Info on each tenants sign on portal.  Contact our office for details.

4. Online System Payment: Info on each tenants sign on portal.  Contact our office for details.
